Housing Program Administration
CDS Inspections & Beyond works with many housing agencies and municipalities across the state administering housing programs that assist families with low-to-moderate incomes with home improvements and down-payment assistance. For these housing programs, Leigh serves as the Certified Grant Administrator and Randy serves as the Housing Rehabilitation Specialist. Along with staff members Chris and Kelli, Randy and Leigh have built a reputation as effective project administrators with customer-centered services as the foundation of their business.
CDS performs the following functions as housing administrators in conjunction with State and Federally-Assisted (HUD) Housing Programs:
CDS staff has expertise in administering HOME, CDBG and Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Funds. We is not tied to any geographical area of the state, so this allows us the flexibility to offer services to organizations and municipalities upon request. The service components of housing administration can be provided as a "complete package" or can be contracted based on the specific needs of the customer. We frequently assist former grantees in administering the loan repayment funds (Program Income) they receive from previously awarded projects.
